And in the hands of a beginner, it gives you a way to stand out from the crowd.

What's Different About My Marketing Boost Review?

As with all my reviews, I've tested Marketing Boost by signing up myself and going through the entire program.

I've given out hundreds of hotel gift cards, a handful of vacation incentives and a few dining incentives as well. So I know how it works inside and out.

I signed up over 4 years ago now, so I'm going to share some info in this review that most others can't share...because they don't know it.

What is Marketing Boost?

Potential buyers are heavily influenced by bonuses, especially high-value incentives that aren't available just anywhere. After all, people love to be treated like royalty.

No matter what kind of products or services you sell, NOTHING seduces a fence-sitter like throwing in a free vacation when they say 'Yes' to your offer, upsell or referral request.

Your products and services become irresistible when your prospects start picturing themselves relaxing on a sun-soaked beach... gazing at the endless neon of the Vegas Strip... or sampling local cuisine at a picturesque Mexican plaza - all on someone else's dime.

And being able to provide your new buyers with fantastic vacations feels great too... especially since it's not YOUR dime.

All of those "don't tell anyone" discounts you've been giving just to push prospects over the edge? Your customers are telling their friends about them. Same with all the incentives you pay for out of pocket, like expensive dinners and service enhancements.

Every business is feeling price pressure in today's economy. Travel incentives and dining incentives give you a way to stick to your pricing (even if you've raised them) and stop paying for extras. They help you stop giving away all of your profits.

Marketing Boost gives you the chance to give away HIGH-VALUE incentives for any reason you choose! See exactly how it works...with a FREE 7-day trial.

What are 'high-value' incentives?

Vacation stays at luxury hotels (travel, taxes and resort fees not included). Check out all the different destinations you can visit yourself or use as incentives for your clients or leads.

Hotel & travel gift cards. Give your prospects a $100, $200 or $300 travel gift card they can use to save off retail travel rates at over 400,000 hotels and other travel-related  purchases through Marketing Boost's partner company, BookVIP.

Restaurant incentives. Give away $100 or $200 dining incentives! These incentives can be used to save your customers and prospects BIG at restaurants (and some stores) in their local area.

What is Marketing Boost Hiding?

Marketing Boost has partnered with destination hotels all over the world to help them fill their excess capacity.

This incentive program is truly a win-win-win!

1. You win by getting more leads and sales.

2. Your customer wins by getting a free vacation or other high-value incentive.

Does It Work? Will It Work For You?

Success follows speed!

We find that advanced business owners, salespeople and marketers understand how to use Marketing Boost immediately, while less experienced ones typically say, "It sounds too good to be true".

But once these less experienced entrepreneurs educate themselves on the Marketing Boost win/win/win phenomenon their question quickly changes to, "how do I stop my competition from finding out about this?"

Marketing Boost will work in ANY's only limited by your creativity! But if you think your industry/situation is different, check out these testimonials and this list of industries it's been proven effective for.

This advanced strategy of 'Incentive Based Marketing' has previously only been available to the largest corporations in the world.

It's being used by fortune 500 companies like Amazon, Starbucks, McDonalds and more to completely dominate their competition.

But in the past 36 months, Marketing Boost has helped thousands of companies across all industries use this strategy to increase their profits by as much as 10X.

From now on, win business on value - don't compete with a race to the bottom on price ever again.

Why Do Vacation Incentives Work So Well?

According to Incentive Travel Magazine, travel incentives encourage employees to be more engaged, and build better relationships and stronger company cultures at work.

As you've seen above in the testimonial section, salespeople and entrepreneurs love them because their cliens love taking trips...especially when they're heavily discounted.

Increased Customer Satisfaction

Your clients will 'light up with joy' when you give them a free vacation (we have yet to see one that isn't excited).

They will enjoy doing business with you and come back in the future.

It's also exciting for the client's family!

Competitive Advantage

If you and I are both competing for the same business and all things are relatively the same, but you were offering the client a complimentary vacation, who are they going to choose?

They'll choose you every time right because everyone loves and wants vacations.

Not Competing on Price

With Marketing Boost, you no longer have to lower your price to get people to choose your product or service.

Now, when someone says, "is that the best you can do?", you can offer them an incentive that doesn't cost you anything but is worth a lot to your client.

Good Will & Referrals

The most successful companies in the world all have 'raving fans' that tell everyone about them.

When you give an incentive to a client, they won't be able to stop themselves from telling their friends and family.

How Much Does It Cost?

Honestly, this is the most frustrating part of Marketing Boost for me. Here's why...

When Marketing Boost first started, they're full-featured plan was just $37 a month. And if you wanted to save a little, you could purchase an annual plan. At that time, they only offered the vacation dining incentives or travel gift cards. And they also offered an unlimited 7-day free trial.

Then, when the gift cards were added in late 2018, they bumped the price to $49 a month, still offered a substantial discount if you upgraded to an annual plan and offered an unlimited 14-day free trial.

Then they did away with the free trial because too many people were taking advantage of them by continually registering new accounts to stay within the trial period.

Then they did away with the monthly pricing...your only options were pay an annual fee or to break the annual fee into 3 monthly payments.

Both of those changes were an effort to reduce the number of people taking advantage of the company and provide a more stable financial future...and they were successful in doing just that.

Then, in December 2019, they massively raised prices, added multiple tiers you can buy in at, began offering a limited 7-day trial and brought back monthly payments.

The massive growth they were experiencing has slowed some, but now we're seeing many more serious businessmen and women using the service instead of people trying to game the system.

After COVID-19 hit the world in 2020, the company went back to their original pricing structure of a FREE 7-day Trial and charging a measly $37 a month, which is an 82% savings over the 2019 prices. They say prices could go up at any time, but who knows if that's true or just marketing hype. Regardless, you can get the most current (and cheapest) pricing here.

WATCH OUT for the Fine Print!

Advertising Boost Fine Print

The most commonly asked question I get is, "What's the catch?"

It's completely understandable...if you're going to use Marketing Boost vacation or dining incentives to grow your business, you want to make sure you're compliant and can explain them fully.

The best thing to do is review the entire Marketing Boost FAQ, but here are the answers to the most commonly-asked questions I get.

1. Do my customers have to take a timeshare presentation in order to take advantage of your vacation incentives?

No, your customers will never be required to attend any sales or timeshare presentation.

These are real, top quality resorts with no hidden fees or strings attached. Marketing Boost's partner company, BookVIP, owns and operates several high volume travel companies and they are simply filling otherwise empty rooms which the hotels and resorts turn into additional revenue from these consumers spending money on the property, such as room service, spa, in-house restaurants, bar purchases, casino and extra day stay, etc.

Marketing Boost will offer your customers additional incentives and upgrades they can choose to accept or decline. These additional incentives will save your customer from $500 to $1500 and will require a timeshare presentation if they want to take advantage of them.

Your Client, however, will NEVER be required to upgrade, however.

2. Are there any additional costs for my clients?

Recipients of these incentives will receive 4 days 3 nights luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge. This is a retail value of up to $250 per night in the US and up to $350 per night at many of the International destinations.

The recipient is responsible for all other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable, and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.

Resort fees are commonplace in the travel industry.

As a matter of fact, over 96% of tourists traveling to Orlando or Las Vegas now have to pay a resort fee when they check-in at the resort. This is so common now that it’s just expected for any seasoned traveler.

When you award someone a complimentary vacation through Marketing Boost, you are giving them a vacation that is valued at up to $750 in Orlando or Las Vegas and up to $1,750 internationally depending on where and the time of year they travel. Now with hundreds of destinations, the value is incredible!

Here are examples of resort fees for properties in the Marketing Boost/BookVIP system:

Las Vegas: from $16.00 to $38.00 per night

Orlando: from $5.00 to $12.00 per night

Gatlinburg/Branson/Williamsburg: from zero to $12.00 per night

Daytona Beach: from $15 to $20 per night

Myrtle Beach, SC: from $5 to $15

Mexico hotels: from $10.00 to $14.00 per night

The above are just examples of resort fees.

With hundreds of destinations available, we cannot list them all here. However, if there is a resort fee it will be disclosed when the end-user chooses their travel dates and property.

Resort fees cover items like WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, Resort Amenities, Fitness Centers, In-room Safes, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach/pool towels, activities and more.

Advertising Bait Travel Incentives

3. What are the taxes and fees, and what are they based on for the travel incentives.

In addition to the resort fees, travellers will have to pay applicable taxes as well. The taxes and fees are based on a few factors: examples include, but are not limited to, local tourism and bed taxes, value-added tax, sales tax based on the full rack rate of the accommodations, maid service fees, zone surcharges, travel agency fees, federal, state, local, or municipal taxes, etc.  Most average about $20 US per night.

If you have any more questions, they are almost definitely answered here. If you can't find an answer in the FAQ, you can start a chat session with Marketing Boost's excellent customer service agents right from the website.

Company History

The company now known as Marketing Boost started offering vacation incentives to the general public around the start of 2018 under the name Advertising Bait.

After they started gaining a lot of popularity and got tens of thousands of members, they got a ton of feedback that members felt have the word 'bait' in the name gave a negative connotation.

So - in late 2018 - they changed the name to Advertising Boost.

And as they added more products (dining incentives and travel gift cards in addition to the vacation and travel incentives) and even more members, they've decided the name Marketing Boost better reflects the company's direction and competitive advantage.

That's why you have probably seen all these different names for the same company.

What I Like About Marketing Boost

Ok, so now you know what Marketing Boost is, how it works, why it works and what some of the limitations are, here's my personal opinion about it.

First of all, I like how quickly and massively the incentives have built businesses around the world in all kinds of industries.

Second, I like the fact that Andy Small and the Marketing Boost team keep improving the product, it's delivery system and the number of destinations you can offer vacation stays at. There are hundreds of destinations available now with more coming online all the time.

Third, not only do they give you the incentives to use, they give you the top-notch training on how to use it. As a matter of fact, they used to offer a $35,000 mastermind where they taught these tactics. They no longer offer that, but you can get the same training for free once you join.

Lastly, I LOVE the fact that we can take a free vacation for ourselves (and our family) every year. You can go to any destination Marketing Boost offers!

What I Don't Like About Marketing Boost

So that's the good here's the bad stuff...

As an affiliate of Marketing Boost, the name changes and price changes have driven me crazy. It's hard to get in a sales groove when I have to keep going back and changing stuff.

But that's the way things are when you're part of a company that has experienced massive growth and strives to continuously improve their product and services.

What surprised me most when I started using the incentives was how hard they are to use properly. I tried giving away vacations for a simple email sign up and ran Facebook ads trying to give away vacations and neither worked.

But, through the training webinars and in the back office, I've learned that there needs to be a value match to be successful. What does that mean? It means that if I try to give someone a vacation stay worth $750 when all I'm asking them to do is sign up to an email list, it sets off their, "too good to be true" flag for them.

To be effective, you need to match the value with what you're asking them to do. After much testing, we've also found that if you give away stays at destinations close to your customers' location, you'll do much better than if you try to entice them with destinations far away from them.

It's simple economics, qualify for the stays, they have to live at least 150 miles from the destination, but they should be able to drive to the destination rather than fly to it.

The Final Analysis

If you need to grow your leads, sales and referrals, Marketing Boost can be a powerful ally...if you use it correctly.

If you need to sell more and drive your competition into the ground without discounting your prices, Marketing Boost can be your secret weapon...if you use it correctly.

If you want to make your ads more effective and put your word-of-mouth campaigns on steroids without breaking the bank, Marketing Boost can do that effortlessly...if you use it correctly.

So, as you can see...the trick is learning how to use them properly!

Luckily, the company - which is growing like wildfire and has spent nearly $30 million in Facebook ads - provides you training.

Plus, there's a VERY active Facebook group with over 23,000 members you can join. The people in there are extremely helpful, so if you're looking for ideas on how to use Marketing Boost or even example of successful campaigns others have run, it's certainly in there. And if you can't find it just ask!

So now it's up to you to decide for yourself whether it will work for you or not. If you've read this far, you must think it could work for you or you would've stopped reading a long time ago.

The only way to know for sure is to try it out yourself with a FREE 7-day trial. You've got nothing to lose (just cancel before the end of the 7th day and you won't be charged anything)...but you could be gaining an amazing tool for your marketing efforts.
